Pelican Path is a lovely oceanfront bed and breakfast featuring four guest rooms all with private,in-room bathrooms. The two oceanfront rooms have private balconies overlooking the beach, and over-sized spa tubs in the private baths. The two oceanview rooms which are on the land-side of the building have ocean views through their large bay-windows. All four rooms have air-conditioning, TV with cable and HBO; DVD and VHS player; small refrigerator; coffee-maker; hair-dryer; telephone and a full breakfast is served with each night's lodging.

Pelican Path B & B was designed to be a beachfront bed and breakfast and was opened in November 1998. It is owned by Tom and Joan Hubbard both of whom had small businesses of their own prior to the opening of Pelican Path B & B by the Sea. They now devote their full time to managing and running Pelican Path.
