Agape was built in 1843 by Captain James Bacon Crocker. Captain Crocker was born in 1804 in Barnstable and became a ship’s captain at the age of 24. After many years at sea, he retired and moved to Yarmouth Port.
Experience the look and feel of 1843 in our authentically restored Greek Revival home in the heart of “The Captain’s Mile” on Route 6A in Yarmouth Port. Restaurants, shops and beautiful views of cape cod bay are within walking distance of the Inn.
