Following is a desciption of my accomodations: 2 bdrms w/3 queens(1st floor) or 4 bdrms w/4 queeens(3rd floor). I live on the middle or 2nd floor. The 1st and 3rd floor each have 1 restroom, 1 – 40 gallon hot water heater, an iron and ironing-board, 1 microwave, a full laundry, a full kitchen, 1 - 27” TV (in the kitchen) – 150 channels w/ 50 movie ch, and an 8 x 8 & 12 x 25 decks w/ gas grills. There are no pets allowed, smoking is allowed on the decks. No smoking allowed inside lodge. All beds have a maximum occupancy of two people. The sizes of the rooms are as follows: (115 sq.ft. #101),(302sq.ft. # 102, 2 queens),(137sq.ft. #302),(163sq.ft. # 304),(170sq.ft. # 303),(183sq.ft. # 301) this room has a great view of Leads’ Main Street. The lodge has a total of 3,300 or 1,100 square feet per floor. There is an air conditioner in the entrance area on the first floor, there is also a 4-6 person hot tub in this room. Each bedroom on the 3rd floor has an air conditioner and ceiling fan. All three floors have interconnecting smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. I have a small back yard. Lead is approx. 15 mi. from Sturgis, 50 mi. from Mount Rushmore, 45 mi. from Crazy Horse, 70 mi. from Devils Tower, 3 mi. from Deadwood, and centrally located in the Black Hills, there are helpful maps on my website.
