The Mason House Inn is an antique hotel built in 1846 to serve the riverboat travelers on the Des Moines River. It is furnished with original antiques from the 1800s. The Caboose Cottage is in a real railroad caboose from the RS&P line. It has a kitchen, bath, dining area, and bedroom with satellite TV.
